Community Direct Appeal Campaign
Last year, PiE received more than $115,000 from community members. Thanks to your generosity, and that of parents, local businesses and other community members, PiE gave $2.57 million to support all students in Palo Alto schools. We hope that this year we will be able to provide our schools with the same level of support.
We are asking community members to join with parents once again and make a donation to our schools campaign. All parents in the District are being asked to contribute $650 per child, and we hope you will consider sponsoring a child or two. If you donate between November 2nd and November 20th, 2009, a participation challenge grant will match your donation, dollar-for-dollar, up to a total of $250,000. We hope you will donate soon and take advantage of this generous offer. We warmly welcome donations of any size. Every dollar counts, and we need your help.
