Board of Directors

 

Executive Vice President: Terry Godfrey

 

For 20 years, Terry Godfrey has worked as an executive in finance, venture capital and human resources at Xerox, Intel and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She now works as an independent consultant for nonprofit organizations.

 

Terry has been active in Palo Alto PTAs for the last eight years, most recently PTA Council President from 2009 to 2011, and currently as part of Project Safety Net.

 

She is a product of California schools, having been raised in southern California, and has a BS (Math) from UC Irvine and MBA (Finance) from UCLA. Terry lives in Palo Alto with her husband, Steve, son Kieran who attends Jordan Middle School and daughter who attends Palo Alto High School.
