Board of Directors

 

Treasurer and Director – Finance & Administration: Erwin Hosono

 

Erwin moved to Palo Alto with his wife, Beth, and two sons in 2005. During his family’s first two years here, Erwin’s older son attended Duveneck and his younger son attended Walter Hays. Erwin quickly became familiar with two different elementary school communities as a classroom volunteer. His sons currently attend Jordan and Walter Hays. For 2009, Erwin is the auditor for the Walter Hays PTA. From 2005 to 2008, he served as treasurer for Palo Alto Little League. From 2002 to 2005, he was as a board member and treasurer for Earthplace, a pre-school and nature center, in Westport, Connecticut.

 

Erwin holds an MPPM from the Yale School of Management and an A.B. in economics from Duke University. He was formerly a principal at Bradford Ventures Ltd., a private equity firm in New York City. Prior to attending graduate school, he worked for the International Monetary Fund in Washington, DC.
