Board of Directors

 

Director – Marketing & Communication: Eric Verwillow

 

Eric has served on the PTA executive board at Addison as Treasurer and Financial Secretary and on the executive board of Parents Nursery School as President and co-VP of Fundraising. He also ran the Noon Science program at Addison for two years and has volunteered as a reading tutor, Great Books facilitator, computer lab helper and library helper. He is currently in charge of the mailing lists at Addison and will be moving on to do eNews at Jordan. He has a 5th grader at Addison who will be attending Jordan next year and a 7th grader at Castilleja. Eric serves on the board of directors of the Palo Alto Soccer Club and manages a competitive youth soccer team. Previously he was Vice-President of the Stanford Soccer Club. He has also helped coach Little League Baseball.

 

Eric holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He works as a chip design and verification engineer at Juniper Networks. He has worked in Silicon Valley technology companies for 16 years. He was born in San Jose, grew up in Los Gatos and has lived in Palo Alto since 1990.
